Smaller Gemstones are 10 mm / 0.3''.
Gemstones are framed in either 18K Vermeil Gold, Sterling Silver, or Oxidized Silver. Since I use natural gemstones, the stones may vary slightly in color, shape and size. 

This necklace can be made with as many birthstones and initial charms as you want.
