Please enter the initials exactly as you would like them engraved. Traditional monograms are usually entered as first name, last name, and middle name, with the larger center letter representing the last name.

Because this item is personalized and
engraved specifically for your order, it is not eligible for standard
returns or full refunds unless it arrives damaged, defective, or was made
incorrectly by Danique Jewelry.

Please carefully review all
personalization details before placing your order, including names, dates,
initials, spelling, font choices, engraving placement, and any custom details.
If the personalization was entered incorrectly at checkout, we are not able to
remake the item for free. However, we understand mistakes happen and can offer
a 20% discount toward purchasing a corrected replacement piece.

If your item arrives damaged, breaks
within our warranty period, or was engraved incorrectly due to an error on our
part, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.

If we approve a return as an exception,
engraved items are eligible for a 75% refund of the item price only. The
remaining 25% is retained to help cover the time, labor, restocking, and
engraved materials that cannot be reused. Original shipping, upgraded shipping,
rush fees, gift wrap, and service fees are non-refundable.
