Because this necklace is personalized specifically for your order, approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, with 75% of the item price refunded after the piece is received and inspected.

The necklace must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original condition with all components and packaging. Original shipping, upgraded shipping, rush production, gift wrap, and other service fees are non-refundable.

Personalization errors entered by the customer are not considered production defects, so please carefully review all names and dates before placing your order. If Danique Jewelry makes an error or your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will make it right.
