Please carefully review your letter, gemstone, metal, sizing, and other selections before submitting your order. If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or was made incorrectly by Danique Jewelry, please contact us and we will make it right.

In rare cases where a personalized return is approved as an exception, the refund is 75% of the item price, with 25% retained as a restocking, labor, and material recovery fee. Original shipping, upgraded shipping, rush production, gift wrap, and other service fees are non-refundable.
