I ordered a ring with custom engraving on the outside and the inside. After receiving it, I was disappointed to see the ring was already tarnished and you could not make out the writing on the outside of the ring. I sent photos to the seller and she was SO sweet! She immediately acknowledged the tarnish in the photos I sent and mentioned they would be happy to send me a new ring free of charge that was even a little thicker than the original one I Purchased, just to be sure the writing was legible and exactly how I imagined it would be. I received the new ring today and it’s perfect. The professionalism from this company and quick responses to my concerns were a 10/10. Highly recommend!

I have purchased three rings from this shop and each time my experience was pleasant. These are priced well, really beautiful, and my partner and I are glad to wear them as promise rings! I work in a warehouse, driving forklift and lifting boxes, but this ring shows almost no sign of that. It’s durable and as shiny as the first day I put it on!

The engraving is smaller than I imagined but it's also not the widest ring so I am sure it was fitted as best as possible. I know it's there and I am happy with that.
