Can I add another birthstone to my existing Danique bracelet or necklace?

Yes. This listing allows you to add an additional birthstone charm to an existing Danique Jewelry bracelet or necklace. You may send your jewelry back to us, or add this option when ordering a new piece.

What jewelry styles can I add a birthstone to?

Birthstone additions are commonly added to our family birthstone bracelets, mother’s bracelets, grandma bracelets, family necklaces, and personalized keepsake jewelry. If you are unsure whether your piece can be updated, please contact us before ordering.

Can each birthstone represent a child or grandchild?

Yes. Many customers choose one birthstone for each child, grandchild, family member, or loved one. This is a beautiful way to create a “grow with your family” jewelry piece.

Do I need to mail my jewelry back?

If you are adding a stone to jewelry you already own, you will usually need to mail the piece back to us so we can securely attach the new birthstone. Please follow the mailing instructions shown in the listing images or contact us for help.

Can I choose the birthstone month?

Yes. Please select the birthstone month or gemstone color you would like added. Some stones may be natural birthstones or birthstone alternatives, and colors may vary slightly.

This item is made to order and assembled
specifically for your purchase. Because each piece requires custom assembly,
approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for return, the item must
be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original
components. Returns must be approved before the item is mailed back to us.

If the item arrives damaged, defective,
or breaks within our 60-day warranty period, we will gladly repair or replace
it at no cost.

If you love the piece but would prefer a
design change, such as different stone spacing, chain length, charm placement,
or layout, we may be able to rework the item for a small fee depending on the
changes needed.

Refunds are issued for 75% of the item
price only after the item has been received and inspected. Original
shipping, upgraded shipping, rush fees, gift wrap, and service fees are
non-refundable.
