This item is made to order and assembled specifically
for your purchase. Because each piece requires custom assembly, approved
returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for return, the item must be unworn,
unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original components
and packaging. Returns must be approved before the item is mailed back to us.

Refunds are issued for 75% of the item price after the
item has been received and inspected. Original shipping, upgraded shipping,
rush fees, gift wrap, and service fees are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or breaks
within our 60-day warranty period, we will gladly repair or replace it at no
cost.

If you love the piece but would prefer a small design
adjustment, such as stone spacing, chain length, charm placement, or layout,
please contact us. We may be able to rework the item for a small fee depending
on the changes needed.
