My sister had a 3rd little one and I needed to add a charm to her necklace. The process was extremely simple and they did a beautiful job!

Lucky me! I have a new granddaughter. I needed to add a charm with her initial to my necklace. It was easy to get the information, send my necklace to Danique, and get it back quickly with the new charm. Really lucky me, this was the second time that I have added another charm because of a new granddaughter!

This was a repeat purchase to add a charm to my mother’s existing necklace for the birth of her third grandchild. I really love it and she’s over the moon to have something so special and unique! I wish the stamped letter was a little more pronounced and we may look at spacers to move the charms apart to be a little more visible. Very happy overall with this purchase :)

It’s not the best photo, but it’s the one my mom sent since I forgot to photograph before gifting lol! My experience with Danique was awesome since it was a custom request. My mother already had a necklace that said “Oma” (German for ‘grandmother’) and I wanted to add charms. Over phone and email, they helped me figure out sizing and pairing of the charms to fit together an how to place the custom order. It was ready and shipped quickly with easy instructions how to add to the existing necklace. My big let-down was my fault that the necklace she has is actually SILVER when every other piece of jewelry she’s ever owned since my childhood has been gold, so I got the wrong color... :( She put it on another chain, but if I had known I would’ve gotten silver or just purchased a full necklace from their website since I like their creations better! Only small thing would be that the letter stamped on the leaf didn’t come out as prominent as it looks online, so it’s harder to see/my mom didn’t notice till I pointed it out. When grandkid #3 comes along, I planned to send a new charm, but I know Danique offers to send the charms back and put them all together with a new purchase, so I may go that route and upgrade her necklace then! Overall, very happy with the personalized product and service!
