I received my charm necklace as a gift for three of my grandchildren. I love it, but wanted to add another two charms for my other grandchildren. I received the original gemstone and charm necklace as a gift when my 5th grandchild was born. Three years later I was still wearing it everyday, but now needed a 6th stone and charm to be added. I ordered the stone and charm and took Danique up on their offer to add these items to my original necklace. I followed their instructions for shipping the necklace back to them and within short order I got my updated necklace back. This company is SO EASY to work with! I received my necklace from my children several years ago and have had to send it in several times to have charms and initials added as I’ve had my grands! This last time, I had them switch out the initial discs for full name ones as I have several with the same first initial now and it’s hard to keep track. She has also handed heart charms with the birthstones of my grand babies that were miscarried. I definitely recommend!!
