Shipped well, great packaging. The customer service was great! I reached out because I was having issues fitting one of the quotes that I wanted on the tie clip with another Etsy seller.
There are so many tie clips out on Etsy but most of them are cookie-cutter and won’t do anything personal. This one was fantastic they got back to me really quickly with my request.
