The keychain itself is heavy & very nice quality. My only issues are with the engraving. I added extra spaces between the initials & heart so it wouldn't be crammed together (see preview photo), yet on the finished product the spacing is too close. Also, the heart itself is engraved crooked & not straight (see photo). So I feel it kind of cheapened the quality of the engraving service.
