When I got married I was gifted a similar necklace with my wedding date. After daily use, it became discolored and started to peel. When I got pregnant, I wanted to get the heart beat bar but was a little hesitant. My husband urged me to get it anyways and I am so glad I did!! I have worn this for about 4 months, in and out of showers, daily use and there is nothing wrong with it! No discoloration, no peeling, no scratches. I am SOOO happy with this purchase.
